Ours is family filled, can't wait to see the little nephews as its been way too long.

another super wedding...

This last weekend was spent celebrating my lovely friend Nikki getting married!

It was a super and fun day with beautiful weather, setting and a very beautiful bride!

Nikki had done a perfect job of making everything look great....amazing attention to detail!

I loved my placecard (complete with song lyric on the back!) and pretty jam pot!

I love weddings! And it's a good job too as we're off to 6 more this year!

My clever Mum!

My mum finished knitting this wonderful blanket just in time for last weekend as it's

a wedding present for my brother and his wife!

I love it! and am a little envious!

I'm very impressed with my clever Mum....she even designed some of

the patterns for many of the squares herself! I wouldn't know where to start!

I'm hoping these knitting skills rub off on me at some point!

I'm really chuffed to see that my 2nd book with Buster Books is available to

pre-order on Amazon. It is available to buy from May 5th.

I'm eagerly awaiting my copies now so I can have a good look through it!

I've had such a wonderful weekend!

One of those that you never ever want to end!

My brother got married on Saturday and

I'm so very proud of both my lovely brother and

my beautiful new sister in law!

It was such a happy day!

Full of tears (happy ones!) and big smiles!

I'm very excited for their future together!

And I wish as always that time would just slow down a little bit

and that the good times would never ever end!

It was great! Full of wigs, karaoke and dancing!

thinking of Japan...

...its now a week ago that Japan was hit by the fierce Earthquake/Tsunami

and the problems there seem to be ongoing.

Weekend mooch around

I had a lovely Sunday morning mooching about the Sutton Vintage and Arts Fair!

I was very tempted by many things but settled with a couple of lovely hand made jewellery pieces from Prudence Collins and A little bit of Annie.

I'd certainly recommend a trip if you're around the Birmingham area...

there were so many stalls and gorgeous cupcakes, there was also a specialist wedding section!

Chocolates for mum....

...its less than a month til Mothers Day now! I think 2011 needs to slow down!
